The General Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the use of courses.nailstamping.com site (the “Site”) and legally binding on you. Service
Nailstamping.com site provides access to registered users to Tutorial videos (Nail Art Tutorials) and Online courses (Nail Art Courses) on how to use nail stamping and other nail decoration techniques.
User can access the tutorial videos and the online courses if they pay the price shown at each video, unless stated otherwise.
Purchase options:
(1) Users can purchase access to Tutorial videos and Online courses on a one-by-one basis. Users can access the Tutorial videos and Online courses they have purchased as long as their user registration on the Site is in existence.
(2) Users can subscribe for the Tutorial videos. Subscription to the Tutorial videos requires payment of a one-time subscription fee. Users with subscriptions have unlimited access to all Tutorial videos available on the Site. Online courses cannot be accessed under subscription. Users with subscription can access the Tutorial videos as long as their user registration on the Site is in existence.
Conditions of purchasing Gift cards
Gift cards are transferred to the buyer only electronically in PDF format. Electronically provided gift card is not sent via post, there is no physical transfer. Buyer can download the PDF document from the "Thank you" order confirmation page or from the order confirmation email he/she receives from the system after the purchase.
Gift cards can be redeemed in 365 days from the date of the purchase. If the code was not used by the expiration date, the buyer does not eligible for the money, and the gift card won't be redeemable.
To redeem the gift card, the gifted person must register to the website courses.nailstamping.com (unless he/she already has a registration) and must accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Terms.
At the purchase the buyer needs to give only his/her data, it's forbidden to give the data of the person to be gifted.
The gift card can be used only for the course or offer, which he/she selected at the purchase.
Price
Each price on the Site is shown in US Dollars (“USD”) and includes the VAT at the applicable rate.
Payment
There are two payment methods available on the Site:
Credit/Debit card
When using a credit/debit card, you will be redirected to the payment page of our payment gateway provider, Barion. Barion is a secure and comfortable online payment solution provided by Barion Payment Inc (license number H-EN-I-1064/2013). Using this payment method is free, there are no extra charges involved. All your credit card information is encyrpted.
